The Stainless Steel bungee cord hooks are great. I use them with 'Marine' grade 3/8 bungee material. They work way better than the store bought bungee cords.

These are great! No more rusty hooks in the boat. Plus they also fit the 5/16 cord.

I used 3/8" white shock cord with stainless hooks and 3/4" stainless hog clips to secure the cover on my boat when stored. I will not be using it to trailer the boat. I was able to make the exact lengths I wanted to make securing the cover a simple chore. The shock cord is mounted to the tarp with a hook on only one end. That way nothing gets lost. I am very pleased with the quality and service I received.

The 3/16" hooks are way to big for the job. I ordered them to secure small/light stuff. Using the same body you use for a 5/16" hook makes them way too big for the smaller cord usage. I cannot use them.

The 3/16 coated spring hooks were just what I needed to secure a cover over my boat. They are sturdy and well built. I am very satisfied and would recommend these to my friends.
