The purchase and delivery were easy and efficient. The product was all I had expected and would readily buy again.

I purchased this kit hoping it would be as advertised and solve the problem. Two things happened. 1. The product was excellent. 2. I went with the standard shipping USPS and the order was shipped out very quickly and arrived in less time than I would have expected. I will be doing more business with Hook & Cord in the future!

I am happy with the product overall. It arrived in a reasonable time. Everything was packaged nicely. The only thing that I wasn’t pleased with are the plastic coated spring hooks. The tips are rough, and not completely covered in plastic. I was under the impression that they would have a plastic tip, or be coated better. Other than that I was pleased.

Was very easy to cut to the length I needed. Attaching the hooks was very easy.
